Attention Online Users!  

In response to member comments, we're making major improvements to our online services. As of 9/1/08, your Home Banking log in will no longer be valid. Instead, you will be asked for personal information and then signed in to a new and improved online system. No longer will you have to remember log-in information for Home Banking, Bill Pay, and e-statements. Instead, you will have access to all these services right from the Home Banking area! Data Processing Update
Due to a data processing upgrade, the changes below will take effect September 1, 2008. 

Account Suffix Changes Coming September 1
All member account suffixes will permanently change on September 1, 2008. New account suffixes are listed below. Change to Christmas Club Fund Liquidation Policy
Please note that Christmas Club Funds will no longer be disbursed by check. Christmas Club funds will now be deposited directly into the member’s Share Savings Account on the account’s maturity date.    

Attention SDPECU Visa Cardholders
Beginning September 1, 2008, you will no longer be able to use your Visa account as an Overdraft source for your checking account. Other Overdraft options are available. Click here to contact a representative for details or call (916) 921-5050. Also beginning September 1, you will no longer receive your Visa statement in your member statement envelope. Your Visa statement will be mailed separately. 

Important Update to Voice Response Service
Due to a system upgrade, effective September 1, 2008, all Voice Response users will be required to enter the following information from a touchtone keypad before proceeding with service:
1.  Account Number
2.  Full 9-Digit Social Security Number
3.  A 4-Digit PIN
4.  Confirm 4-Digit PIN
You may reuse your existing Voice Response PIN or switch to a new PIN of your choice. We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to serving you with a new and improved system.
